TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

2. CONTRACT OBJECT

This document defines the terms and conditions under which FIRST LOGISTICAL SPORT SUPPORT S.R.L. sells or rents the products presented on the website www.marquisa.ro. Browsing the site, placing an order, or requesting a rental service is equivalent to reading, understanding, and expressly accepting these Terms and Conditions.

3. ORDER AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Products can be ordered online or in the showroom. To validate an order, the Client must provide correct and complete billing and delivery information.

Accepted payment methods:

  1. Online payment by bank card: Secure processing through the integrated payment processor.
  2. Bank transfer (OP): The order is processed after proof of payment is confirmed or the money has entered the Seller’s account.

The prices displayed on the site include VAT (according to current legislation) and are expressed in RON, unless otherwise specified.

4. DELIVERY POLICY AND TERMS

The Seller does not deliver products directly from immediate stock. Products require preparation, verification, or adjustment.

  • Processing Time: 5 to 7 business days from the firm confirmation of the order (and receipt of payment, in the case of bank transfer).
  • Delivery: After the processing time (5-7 days), the package is handed over to the courier company. The courier’s transit time is independent of the Seller (usually 24-48 hours).
  • Transport cost: Is communicated to the Client before completing the order.

5. RETURN POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

According to GEO 34/2014, the right of withdrawal (return) within 14 days applies to standard products. However, the law provides clear exceptions.

EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF RETURN: According to Art. 16 lit. c) of GEO 34/2014, products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Regarding WEDDING DRESSES: The Client acknowledges and accepts that the wedding dresses marketed by FIRST LOGISTICAL SPORT SUPPORT S.R.L. are products with a special regime, being made, adjusted, or ordered specifically based on the client’s measurements and specifications. Therefore, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR WEDDING DRESSES. Please carefully check the measurements and product details before placing your order.

For other categories of products (standard, non-personalized accessories), the return is accepted within 14 calendar days, provided that the product is sealed, unworn, without signs of wear, and with all labels intact. The return transport cost is borne by the Client.

6. RENTAL REGIME AND WARRANTY

For dress rental services, the following specific conditions apply:

  1. Constitution of the Guarantee: At the time of rental, the Client is obliged to pay a returnable material guarantee.
  2. Guarantee Value: The amount of the guarantee is 35% of the sale/list value of the rented product.
  3. Guarantee Refund: The guarantee is returned to the Client upon delivery of the product, after checking its condition by our staff.
  4. Retention of the Guarantee: If the returned product presents damage (tears, burns, stains that cannot be chemically cleaned, missing accessories), the Seller reserves the right to retain part or all of the guarantee to cover the costs of repair or replacement.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages created by the information published on the site in error or for delivery delays caused by the courier company or force majeure. The product images are for presentation purposes only; there may be slight differences in hue caused by the Client’s screen settings.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND LITIGATION

By using the site, the user agrees that Romanian laws will govern the Terms and Conditions of use. Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved amicably. Otherwise, they will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.

9. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

FIRST LOGISTICAL SPORT SUPPORT S.R.L. processes your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling orders and delivering products, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. More details can be found on the Privacy Policy page.
